The team is made up of precision machinists, advanced welding technicians, custom metal fitters, piping and system assemblers, instrumentation and tubing experts, electricians, and controls technicians, trained in the critical API, NEC, IEC, ASME, and other stringent codes and standards required for the high-quality manufacturing of our products.
Fisher Energy has the unique capability to test each of the products it produces. Our test beds are designed for performance testing of both horizontal and vertical pump systems at flow rates up to 8,800 gallons per minute, compression and vacuum systems up to 1200 horsepower with both 460V & 4160V permanent electrical power, liquid and natural gas fueled engine-driven equipment, and hydrostatic testing up to 10,000 psi. Fisher s high accuracy test instrumentation and advanced data acquisition systems provide detailed analysis and reporting for each of our tests, and our team routinely accommodates both in-person and remote witnessed tests by our customer s personnel.
Fisher Energy's field service personnel are the finest in the industry, and can assist with commissioning, start-up and operations of our products at your facility, onshore or offshore, anywhere around the world. Our technicians are highly trained and versatile; we not only have an in-depth knowledge of our own products, but also have a strong knowledge of the systems our products become a part of, and can assist and troubleshoot issues throughout your process. We use the latest technology to enable efficient service, including analytical test equipment, laser alignment systems, and detailed field service reporting in the professional delivery of every field service engagement.
The fabrication facility for Fisher Energy is located in northwest Houston Texas and is specifically configured for vertical pump manufacturing and testing.
