Houston-based energy equipment and services provider Fisher Energy announces today that it is acquiring the assets of Dynamic Power Systems & Controls, a premier supplier of electrical and control systems to the marine and oil & gas industries.

The Dynamic team will relocate to the Fisher headquarters facility over the coming months, and integrate Dynamic’s engineering, project management, fabrication, and services operations into Fisher’s operations.
